The Lovebird
The Agapornis (literally translates into love bird in greek) is native to Africa and Madagascar, and they have a life span of around 15 years.
They are a chatty bunch, but they prefer to imitate eachother than to imitate human speech.
Lovebirds mate for life; they also feed eachother as a mark of affection just like for most parrots.
